The service
Qedara Contract Management provides AI-assisted contract storage, analysis, comparison and lifecycle tracking. The service is provided to businesses and professional users.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials and for the actions of users you invite into your workspaces. Roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer) control what each member can do.
Acceptable use
You may only upload documents you have the right to process. You must not attempt to access other tenants’ data, probe or overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
AI output — no legal advice
AI-generated analysis is informational only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate, and it does not constitute legal advice, legal services or a professional legal opinion. Qedara is not a law firm; consult a qualified lawyer before making decisions with legal consequences.
Data
Your contract content remains yours. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the AI Processing Notice. You can export or delete your data at any time from within the product.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features marked as planned or experimental may change. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qedara’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
